Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz chilled Rue de Rêve Rosé 

• 3 oz chilled sparkling rosé wine (we like Une Femme Callie Sparkling Rosé)

• 1 1/2 oz chilled gin-lemon-strawberry mix (1/2 oz gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 strawberry syrup*)

• Garnish with edible flower

To serve:

(serve in a coupe)

1. Add the ingredients to a chilled coupe glass and stir gently with a bar spoon to mix. 

2. Garnish with an edible flower(s).

Strawberry Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 8 oz (by vol) white sugar

• 8 oz (by vol) water

• 8 oz (by vol) chopped strawberries

Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil, add sugar and strawberries, stir to mix.  

2. Reduce heat to a simmer for 2 minutes until berries are soft.  

3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.  

4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Note: Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
