Rue de Rêve was imagined on a road trip along California’s iconic coastline - where good friends, open skies, and endless possibility sparked something new.

Along that unforgettable drive, Co-Founders and creative spirits, Jennifer Kimpe and Jeanne-Marie Hebert, were chasing beauty and a sense of freedom. On what they now lovingly refer to as “Dream Street”, the idea for Rue de Rêve was born: a collection of all-natural apéritifs that capture the spirit of California living - light, effortless, and full of promise.

Inspired by the apéritif tradition embraced across Europe - where drinks are light, conversation flows, and time slows down - they set out to reimagine it with a distinctly California sensibility. Because in California, we do apéro a little differently. Here, the apéritif isn’t just a drink - it’s an experience - it’s about basking in beauty, savoring the moment, and giving space to dream.
