a lively, aromatic palate pleaser - with a mix of botanicals and a whisper of absinthe to awaken the senses

Recipe

• Absinthe rinse (we love St. George)

• ¾ oz Rue de Rêve Blanc 

• ¾ oz gin

• ¾ oz Cointreau

• ¾ oz lemon juice

• ¼ oz simple syrup

• Garnish with lemon peel or edible flower

Instructions:

(serve in a coupe)

1. Rinse the coupe glass with a dash of absinthe and set aside.  

2. Add all liquid ingredients to the shorter mixing tin.

3. Fill completely with ice.

4. Seal it up and shake hard for 10 seconds.

5. Double strain into the coupe glass.

6. Garnish with an edible flower or zest of lemon.
