Femme Fatale

jewel-toned and slightly bitter with a refined finish - it’s sultry, sparkly and dangerously delicious

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz chilled Rue de Rêve Rouge 

• 1 oz chilled sparkling wine (we like Une Femme Betty Sparkling Brut)

• 1 oz chilled red aperitivo (we like Bordiga or Cappelletti)

• Zest of orange

• Sprinkle gold flakes on top (optional)

To serve:

(serve in a lowball over one clear cube or sphere of ice)

1. Add a large cube to a rocks glass and pour the ingredients slowly over the cube.  

2. Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix.  

3. Express the orange zest over the drink and then discard.  

4. Garnish with orange peel and/or gold flakes.
