Blanc Spritz

a light, bubbly, slightly sweet spritz that tastes like sunshine in a glass

Recipe

• 3 oz Rue de Rêve Blanc

• 2 oz chilled soda water

• 1 oz chilled sparkling wine

• Garnish with citrus slices, mint and/or edible flowers

Instructions:

(serve in a wine glass)

1. Add Rue de Revé Blanc to the wine glass and fill with ice. 

2. Pour the chilled soda and chilled sparkling wine over the ice, gently stir to mix. 

3. Garnish with citrus slices and/or edible flowers.
