Rouge Sangria

Individual Cocktail*

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Rue de Rêve Rouge

  • ½ oz Cointreau

  • ½ oz orange juice

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • 2 oz chilled soda water

  • Garnish with berries, orange quarters

To serve:

(serve in a double rocks glass)

  1. Add Rue de Revé Rouge, Cointreau, orange juice, and bitters to a double rocks glass and fill with ice.  

  2. Pour the chilled soda over the ice, gently stir to mix.  

  3. Garnish with berries and orange quarters.

Punch Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (25 oz) Rue de Rêve Rouge

  • 4 oz Cointreau

  • 4 oz orange juice

  • 16 dashes orange bitters

  • 8 dash Angostura bitters

  • 16 oz chilled soda water

  • Garnish with berries, orange quarters

To serve:

(serve in a punch bowl or large pitcher)

  1. Add Rue de Revé Rouge, Cointreau, orange juice, and bitters to a 2 quart punch bowl or glass pitcher (double or triple recipe if using a large punch bowl).  

  2. Add large ice cubes or large ice block and stir gently for 20-30 seconds using a bar spoon.

  3. Pour the chilled soda over the ice, gently stir again to mix.  

  4. Garnish with berries and orange quarters.
