Ingredients:
3 oz Rue de Rêve Rouge
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 oz chilled soda water
Garnish with berries, orange quarters
To serve:
(serve in a double rocks glass)
Add Rue de Revé Rouge, Cointreau, orange juice, and bitters to a double rocks glass and fill with ice.
Pour the chilled soda over the ice, gently stir to mix.
Garnish with berries and orange quarters.
Punch Bowl
Ingredients:
1 bottle (25 oz) Rue de Rêve Rouge
4 oz Cointreau
4 oz orange juice
16 dashes orange bitters
8 dash Angostura bitters
16 oz chilled soda water
Garnish with berries, orange quarters
To serve:
(serve in a punch bowl or large pitcher)
Add Rue de Revé Rouge, Cointreau, orange juice, and bitters to a 2 quart punch bowl or glass pitcher (double or triple recipe if using a large punch bowl).
Add large ice cubes or large ice block and stir gently for 20-30 seconds using a bar spoon.
Pour the chilled soda over the ice, gently stir again to mix.
Garnish with berries and orange quarters.
