ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We process orders in the sequence they are received. Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. In case of national holidays, processing will resume on the next business day. After your order leaves our shipping facility, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as your location within the United States. During warmer months, we utilize temperature-controlled shipping to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Express shipping options are available nationwide, with costs varying based on your specific order size. You can view the available options and their prices on the checkout page.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship exclusively within the continental United States. Please be aware that due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to Alabama, Kansas, North Dakota, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Utah.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY
As mandated by federal law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol at the time of delivery. Please plan accordingly and provide a valid email during checkout for shipping updates. Our carriers may attempt multiple deliveries; however, we’re not responsible for the costs of reshipping if your package is returned due to delivery failures. If a package is returned after multiple attempts, we can reship it at the original shipping rate.
COLD-CHAIN SHIPPING
While Rue De Rêve Apéritifs are shelf-stable, we implement cold-chain shipping during warmer months to protect the quality of our products. This method ensures they are transported in a temperature-controlled environment, which is especially important for preserving flavor integrity during extreme heat (typical in states like Arizona and Nevada). This may extend transit times from a week to up to two weeks, but is not required for shipments to California, Oregon, and Washington.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Expect to receive a tracking number within 24 hours after your order has shipped. This information will be sent to the email address provided during your order. Check your tracking details for estimated delivery dates. If you have a larger order, it may be shipped in multiple packages, each with its own tracking information.
ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS
To modify your order, please contact us promptly at cheers@ruederêve.com or _____(phone #). Changes can only be accommodated if requested before the order is processed. To ensure accuracy, we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalizing.
ORDER DELAYS
We are committed to timely deliveries but cannot issue refunds for delays caused by external factors, including weather, mechanical issues, strikes, or incorrect information provided for shipping. Rest assured, our shelf-stable Apéritifs will arrive in great condition even if they take a bit longer.
GIFT NOTES
You can include a personalized gift note during the checkout process, which will be elegantly printed on custom Rue De Rêve stationary. If a gift note is included, no receipt will be placed in the package.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at cheers@ruederêve.com. While federal regulations prevent us from issuing a refund, we are happy to arrange a replacement. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
UNATTENDED PACKAGES
Rue De Rêve Apéritifs is not responsible for any damage or theft that occurs with unattended packages.

Adult Signature Required
All alcohol orders must be received by someone aged 21 or older. An adult signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure someone who meets this criteria is available to accept the package.
Shipping Rates and Times
We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $50, which includes any purchase of 2 bottles or more. Once shipped, free ground shipping typically delivers within 1-2 days to most locations in California. For orders under $50, we provide a flat-rate shipping option of $15, also expected to arrive within 1-2 days in most parts of California. For customers outside of California, our free ground shipping generally arrives within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Local Delivery
Occasionally, we may offer discounted or complimentary local delivery for select orders. If this option is available, it will be shown during the checkout process. These orders are typically delivered same day or the next day!
