Rue Verte

a beautifully verdant cocktail that tastes like spring!

Ingredients:

1. 2 oz Rue de Rêve Blanc 

2. 1 oz Green Chartreuse (substitute with Centerbe by Faccia Brutto or Dolin Génépy le Chamois)

3. 1/2 oz gin

4. 1/4 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur (or simple syrup)

5. 1 oz lime juice

Instructions:

(serve over crushed ice in a double rocks glass or wine glass)

1. Add all ingredients to the shorter of two mixing tins, fill it half way with crushed ice, and shake hard for 5 seconds.

2. Unseal and dump everything into the double rocks or wine glass.

3. Add more crushed ice to the glass until it’s overfull, almost like a snow cone.

4. Garnish with a fresh sprig of clover, mint or a lime wheel, and micro-planed nutmeg.
