California Cosmo

a classic cosmo with a california flair - fruity, fun and a little bit flirty

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Rue de Rêve Rosé

• 1/2 oz mandarin vodka (we like Hanson)

• 1 oz fresh lime juice 

• 1/2 oz pomegranate grenadine*

To serve:

(serve in a coupe)

1. Add all liquid ingredients to the shorter of two mixing tins.

2. Fill completely with ice.

3. Seal it up and shake hard for 10 seconds.

4. Double strain into a coupe glass.

5. Garnish with an edible flower.

Pomegranate Grenadine

1. 24 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice (we like POM)

2. 24 oz white sugar

3. ½ oz orange flower water (optional)

4. ¼ oz rose water (optional)

Add all ingredients to a 2-quart mason jar, seal it, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Will last for weeks if kept in the fridge.
