Blanc & Tonic

our version of a hugo spritz - slightly sweet, citrusy and so satisfying

Recipe

  • 3oz Rue de Reve Blanc

  • 2 oz chilled tonic water (we like Fever Tree)

  • 1/2 oz lemon or lime juice

  • Garnish with mint sprig.

Instructions:

(serve in a tall collins glass)

  1. Add the Rue de Rêve Blanc to a large collins glass, and fill with ice, stir to chill the apéritif and glass. 

  2. Pour the chilled tonic water and citrus juice, gently stir to mix.

  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and edible flowers.
